One-on-One/Duets
You pick the mode -- Yoga, Dance, Kickboxing, Boxing, spin, and more. Train individually or with a friend with our One-on-One program. There are many possibilities for one-on-one training from our group exercise instructors. Our Group Exercise Manager will match you to an instructor to meet your fitness goal.
